Join the Housing and Custom Residential (H&CR) Knowledge Community, the Association for Community Design and AIA Arizona for a symposium focusing on innovative and collaborative efforts that are tackling housing affordability and creating thriving residential developments and communities.

- The Matthew Henson HOPE VI Redevelopment
A recently rehabilitated housing project originally constructed in the 1940s - La Cascada
An affordable housing development for seniors - South Ranch
A residential community containing some of the first Habitat for Humanity houses
Sessions will be held at Phoenix Urban Research Laboratory (PURL) in Phoenix, Arizona. Participants will be eligible to earn up to 10 AIA Continuing Education System (CES) learning units for attending this symposium. Participants will also be eligible to earn APA credits.
